Group Fitness is great way to improve your fitness and have fun the same time! We offer a variety of classes of both high and low intensity and there is something for everyone.
All our classes are led by experienced and qualified instructors who ensure that you are performing all the exercises safely and using the correct posture and technique.
Classes include: YOGA, PILATES, BOX FIT, HIIT, CYCLE, POWER BAR, CORE, STRONG LIFE (over 50s), FATBURNER, ZOOMBA,STRETCH AND STRENGTH.
Your all inclusive membership includes access to unlimited classes on the timetable.
